Oh Hampden in the sun, Celtic 7 Rangers 1...Celtic thrash Rangers 7-1 in the 1957 League Cup Final. Sammy Wilson opens the scoring, before Neil Mochan made it 2-0 to the Hoops at Half Time. Bobby McPhail scored Celtic's 3rd, before Simpson pulled one back for Rangers. McPhail added his 2nd and Celtic's 4th goal before Mochan grabbed another to make it 5-1. McPhail completed his hat-trick before Willie Fernie made it 7-1 to Celtic from the penalty spot.
